Returns Policy
UK & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your items.
If you decide you would like to return your order, please let us know as soon as possible after you receive it. You can do this by emailing us at [email protected] with your name, order number and reason for return.
All returns must be received in excellent unworn condition, cleaned and unmarked, with all cases, tags and associated paperwork. Please do not remove the tag if attached to your frame until you are certain you wish to keep the model – if this is removed, your return will not be accepted. Please repack the eyewear you are returning carefully inside the box, the same way which you received it.
You are responsible for covering the cost of your return unless a manufacturing fault is confirmed of which you will be refunded for the cost of the return.
If there is a fault with the frame, please take photographs of the issue and contact us before returning it.
When you return the order, please include either the original order paperwork in the box or include a printed or handwritten note with the following details:

Contact Details
Order Number
Reason for Return (i.e. wrong size, does not suit)
We aim to confirm the refund has been processed within 7 working days of receiving the return, please provide your email address.
WARRANTY
All our frames come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturer issues. Please note that this warranty does not cover accidental damage, lost of stolen property. If you encounter any manufacturer related issues with your frames, please email us for assistance at [email protected].
